We reached home safely by the grace of God. We have given below a brief review of our tour frallaom 24th Sept.2012 to 11th October 2012 organised by Oriana Holidays.
1. Our Itinerary a) Népal tour was very well organised with lots to see during the period we planned to stay. b) Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Nanital tour was equally well planned. Your suggestions for us to stay for 2 night in Nanital was an excellent idea. c) Kerala Tour was also very well planned with visits to some of the best parts of Kerala included in the itinerary. 2. Choice of Hotels Overall your choice of hotels was excellent throughout our tour. We were delighted with the almost individual / personal attention we received at the small Swiss County Hotel in Munnar and Nanital. However we were disappointed with the service especially dinning room at dinner time during our stay at Killian\\\'s Hotel in Cochin. 3. TOUR TRANSPORT AND DRIVERS a) We did not have any problems with all internal flights booked by Oriana Holidays. All was very well organised flights were on time.
b) Transport during all sector of the tour was of very high standard. The drivers were highly experienced and showed a lot of respect and courtesy throughout the entire tour. 4. TOUR GUIDES a) During Nepal tour we had Mr. Om Prakash Pant as our guide. We were indeed very impressed with his knowledge of Nepal History and Culture and his courteous manners. He deserves our highest credit!! b) Guides in Agra and Jaipur were very knowledgeable and did a commendable job. We were rather disappointed with the guide in Delhi - Mr. Roy as he was not very enthusiastic in making sure we saw, what we had come for and as per itinerary. Hence he did not take us to see Gandhi Memorial and Jamia Mosque. He also refused to guide us to the Sound and Light Show and misguided us about the timings hence we missed some parts of the show.
5. SUPPORT FROM ORIANA HOLIDAYS True to your words, Oriana Holidays did a remarkable job in making our holiday a very memorable one.
Your continuous support and feedback during our tour was exceptional and highly commendable. Mary Alphonso did a wonderful job.
We would love to travel with Oriana Holidays in future and will certainly recommend your Company to our friends. God Bless You All.
