Dear Nirmal,
We are all back safely after a great Kerala tour. All of us enjoyed the vacation very much. Now for feed back you wanted .... from all of us.
1. Kochi - Taj Malabar was excellent. Tour guide next day was very good. Old Kochi sightseeing and shopping was memorable.Except for the misunderstanding about the conveyance for Dinner, entire Kochi visit was great !
2. Munnar - The ground floor rooms ( all six ) at Mahindra are in poor condition. My room was meant for handicap person ! Please do not recommend any of your guests to stay on ground floor rooms. My room on first floor the next day was fine. The dining room was under renovation and make shift room was not all that great. Apart from the above comment about Munnar, everything else was just fine.
3. Marari - Only thing I can say is ........ A+. Great place. Very comfortable. Ayurvedic treatment was good. Staff was courtious. Food was fine. Beach was fine for us as we did not wish to swim. Perfect private beach to walk. Revi's museum at Allapuza was a memorable visit.
4. Komarakom - Another A+. We all had a wonderful time there. Houseboat ride was an experience !! Some one commented that we should have stayed overnight !!
5. Ramu did a great job. He is a good driver. He was very cooperative and always smiling. Please convey our thanks to him.
Lastly, a very BIG thanks to you for organising such a wonderful trip for us. You were always inquiring about our comfort and personally came to see us at Komarakom with six lovely boats !!!. THANK YOU.
I am sure we will have more communications and interactions in future.
