Hi!
My boyfriend and I just got back from a lovely tour through South India, booked with Oriana Travels from Kochi. The travel agent was very professional and always present.
The tour was well planned and most of hotels are very nice. We liked the fact we changed tour-guide in every city we visited (Chennai, Madurai, Tanjore, Kochi, Trichy, Thekkady...) so we got to know a lot about every place and many different and positive people.
The driver was great, he was very responsible and helpful. We had a big issue cause our flight back to Italy was cancelled and Gulf air didn't tell us (no kidding!), but travel agent took care of everything and managed to solve the problem. We are very satisfied! Thanks Oriana,
