I would like to thank you all for your professional tour organization in Kerala. I really spent a great time.
I was put in contact with your organization through the website "Incredible-India.com". You had sent me a very interesting offer, with descriptions of the hotels and a detailed personal itinerary. The hotels in Cochin, Kumily and Kumarakom were perfect and the staffs very welcoming. The houseboat cruise was wonderful and the crew very friendly. The food was also excellent.
The driver was very friendly, punctual, and helpful and answered perfectly to all my requests.
Finally, I appreciated your welcome at the airport and regular calls during the trip to make sure that everything was OK. Sure I will contact you again in the future for a next trip in India and I will recommend you to my friends and to my family.
