Dear Oriana Travels,
Sorry that it has taken such a long time to write back to you but I have been so busy I just never really have time to sit down to write a decent letter. Apart from writing a report if you ever need me to talk to any possible client they can by all means contact me by email.

Right from the beginning we were looked after by Oriana Travels competent and precise staffs.They had the capacity to understand exactly what type of holiday we wanted to organize and gave us interesting suggestions and solutions according to our enquires and took care to keep the holiday within our budget and found the best solutions for our individual requests.
The holiday in it's self was very memorable. From the moment we touched down in Bombay to the moment we left India we were looked after in a precise and caring way. The drivers were always punctual, discreet but at the same time friendly and most important excellent careful drivers. They were a pleasure to travel with.
All the hotels organized matched up to their category and were positioned well according to our itinerary. We stayed in some amazing hotels, historically and environmentally speaking.
The guides that were organized through out our tour by Oriana Holidays were all very different. Some guides were full of interesting information some were less but generally speaking for our group they were all adequate. Oriana Holiday managed to find some excellent English and Italian speaking guides
Our holiday came to an end with our son's 18th Birthday; we are most thank full and will always remember all the caring effort and a most memorable evening which Oriana Travel surprised us with.
On arrival in our hotel they organized bottles of wine and a superb birthday cake and then laid on an amazing dinner party in a lovely restaurant where we were served masses of fish and dined with a live band. None of us will ever forget my son's birthday thanks to Oriana Holidays!
Just before we left we were amazed to be given a lovely gift to take back home as a memory of our holiday. We are experienced travellers and can guarantee that over all our years of travelling we have never ncountered such a caring, careful and personalized holiday.
We hope that Oriana Travels will manage to expand in the future, maintain its special touch in organized tours so that many more travellers can enjoy their very special holidays.
