Hi all,
We have just returned from a round trip in the south of India. The trip had been organized by Oriana, a travel agent located in Cochin, South India. Only 10 days before we left did we get into contact with them through the Internet. They tailored the trip to our wishes and followed it up all the way. Such a luxury!
We had our own very professional driver, a nice car and the hotels we preferred (sometimes 3 and sometimes 4 stars). They also made some nice suggestions to make our trip even better thanks to their expert knowledge of the area.
At one hotel it turned out that renovation works had recently been started in the restaurant and the swimming pool was out of use. Oriana immediately took care of it and within 5 minutes we were taken to another hotel in the area: a heritage hotel which really fulfilled our wishes. At one time we forgot some items in a hotel and again Oriana stepped up. They had the items sent by courier to us.
Marvellous, such a relaxed way of travelling. We advise our friends to travel with Oriana. A very personal service at a reasonable price. Definitely worth it.
