All in all an excellent trip your organisation and professionalism was impeccable throughout our trip. Your email communication was fantastic we were impressed with how quickly you responded to our queries. About payment I think that its a bad idea to request full payment in advance. A better idea would be to ask for a downpayment to secure the bookings - maybe 20%?

We enjoyed all of the places we stayed and your choices were excellent.

Finally, inviting us over for a meal was a lovely final touch especially the fantastic gift you gave our children.
