Hi again!!!

Just arrived in Greece after a 11 days South India (Tamil Nadu +Kerala) incredible and memorable tour. Me and my parents we wish to thank Oriana for this excellent vacation and for the perfect organization of the tour. We would like to thank you for the driver Kumar, the guides and especially yourself for making our trip to South India one of the best holidays we have ever had.
Everything went superbly and we did not encounter one problem.
The Itinerary went exactly how it was planned except the unforeseen problem between Kerala-Tamil that forced us to skip the glorious Periyar region (we hope for another opportunity)
You were please personally accept our sincerest gratitude for the patience and also our thanks. At all times, went above the call of your duties to ensure that both my parents and myself were well taken care off.
Absolutely nothing was to much trouble for you and i will have no hesitation in recommending Oriana to our families, friends and colleagues if they plan a trip to India.
Our trip it was a wonderful trip because it was very carefully organized concerning our budget and available travelling duration. We visited Chennai, Kanchipuram, Mahabalipuram and then Trinchy, Tanjore, Madurai ending in the beautiful Kerala and leaving from Kochi
Nothing ever went wrong that was not easily corrected; the guides in each location were excellent though one of them was especially good (in Trinchy and Tanjore) and the hotels were all just fine, though once again there were a couple in which I would have liked to spend more time like the Temple Bay Mahabalipuram and the Lake Palace Resort in Aleppey
Our driver Mr. Kumar from Cennai till Madurai was excellent—4 days we were together till the airport of Madurai and there was never a moment when we were nervous about him or didn\'t feel that he was entirely trustworthy. His driving was VERY, VERY GOOD and we never worried that he was driving unsafely. I hope that you will make particular note of his excellence. Also his English was very good and he was always very kind, friendly and extremely helpful with us.
Also the driver from Kochi airport to Aleppey resort was also excellent and should be particularly noted and the same is valid for our driver Stanley during our last day in Kochi which was a very kind person that helped us to spend a very difficult day (since we had a long day before our early morning departure) in a relaxing way. We visited the Jewish town Kochi where we had a pleasant time in the antique shops and then we went to the Cherai Beach to see the sunset!!!
Our favorite hotel was Temple Bay and I would have happily stayed there a couple of days. We also enjoyed Lake Place very much and we would like to mention their big effort to enjoy their guests with free house boat ride plus Katakali performance. Of course GRT Chennai was excellent and what a surpsrise the 2 hotels Sangam in Trinchy and Madurai though not expected were extremely nice. Especially in Madurai the room was oh the kind of a 5 star hotel and more and they were so kind to let us to have a late check out after 2.00 hours.
One of the best part of our trip was the houseboat ride from Aleppey. No words to describe how wonderful was the trip and how beautifully we spend our day. The boat was the size for 3 persons that gave us the opportunity to visit the smaller channels of kerala backwaters and to see from a closer view incredible scenes of the beauty of tiny fishing villages and rice fields that we couldn’t see with a bigger houseboat. The food it was a delicacy and the chef with his excellent English was so kind to give us more info about Kerala food , traditions and customs.
He was very worried to satisfy us with his food and I have to admit that his food was very delicate, tasty and beyond expectation.
I left for the end Kochi where we had a great time since the place during New years’ eve and the 1st day of the year was plenty of thousand s of people and full of happenings. I want to thank you for the choice of “The Killians” hotel which was what exactly we wanted. Excellent choice since it was not as much expensive, very clean and spacious and in the best location in Fort Kochi, close to everything like Chinese fishing nets, Princess street, St. Francis church.
Finally me and my parents we would like to thank you very very much for your kind invitation to the special dinner that you had organized for us and also to thank you for your special gift this wonderful houseboat that placed in our home it will remind us every day this memorable trip!
Also finishing my feedback I have to admit that if it wasn’t you that trip would be never done. First of all from the beginning, your approach gave me the impression of a very serious and very professional. I had no fear to do the trip via Internet since you established a very close and personal contact. My parents and myself, we appreciated so much your effort and professionalism that even through very difficult country’s situation for us, we decided finally to realize the trip cause we had no doubt that it would be excellent thanks to you and your patient.
I know that also that it was a lot of trouble for you with our late -not to say last minute -final decision and the changes that had to be made, but I appreciate your patience and once again thank you very much for all the wonderful arrangements that you have made for us and also for making sure that although our delayed decision our trip was so excellent.
