“Thank you very much for Oriana and Nirmal Iype. We had a wonderful time in Kerala. From the beginning, you were very helpful and patient with answering to our many questions, requests and guided us to create our own itinerary.
We spent 10 nights in Kerala and during the stay, transportations and accommodations were arranged by the Oriana Travels.
Indigo car was very comfortable with enough leg space for us but as the road was very bumpy in the mountain area so it might be better to have 4x4 for the people considering to go to Munnar and Thekkady way. Our driver, Binu, was exceptionally professional and attentive. It was very pleasant to have him as our driver.
We enjoyed every moment in Kerala. Tea plantations in Munner, hiking in Thekkady and saw wild elephants, bison, deer etc. Staying on the houseboat in Alleppy was very relaxing and special experience. We are very impressed with the service. The food was prepared freshly on the boat and in the evening I bought prawns from local and the chef turned them to delicious grilled prawn with masala spices.
We especially liked the accommodation called Punnamada Resort in Backwater.
Very nice room with lake view, good varieties of food at the restaurant and friendly staff.
Considering the qualities, all in all, the price was very reasonable.
