Hi Mary,
Here goes my feedback:
I was little apprehensive at the start because I had not met anyone from Oriana and the deal was supposed to be done over phone.
However, they never gave me any reason to complain. I wanted a customized tour package and you took care of the smallest of details and regularly in touch with me via phone/emails and constantly reminded me of things I needed to do before stipulated time. I received all the services/facilities I was promised for.
