Hi From Scotland !!!!!

Having been invited to celebrate a wedding in India, our family of five decided to take a trip around Kerala after the ceremony. Rather than book through a UK travel agent, I decided to try a local Indian agent. I asked for specific dates and departure/arrival places, and was duly sent five quotes/offers. Oriana Travels immediately caught my eye as it was so full and informative, with a full tour itinerary which also included links to the hotels envisaged, so that an informed decision could be made.

After considering all options, we chose Oriana and were not disappointed.

We had a trip on a train to Cochin, where you were waiting for us on the platform. I had very bad insect bites on my ankles, but we were immediately despatched to a doctor and then taken to our hotel to relax.

Our driver, Binu, was brilliant. After talking to us, he quickly suggested changes to the itinerary but always kept us fully informed as to why - and also was happy to accommodate any requests we had (usually to shop!).All hotels were of a good standard, and all had their own character. I would particularly make reference to Wilder Nest, Nattika Beach and The Park on Vembanadu Lake as being particularly good.

You were always called us every night to check that all was OK, and also ensured that our driver got us to the airport in plenty of time.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Oriana Travels and hope to repeat the "trip of a lifetime" again soon"
