Dear Nirmal, Shihab and Mary,
A big thank you, for giving us a great experience!
We put the planning of our trip into your hands and the outcome was even better than we could have hoped for – the combination of beautiful views, exciting activities and really good hotels made our journey a memory for our lives. Here are some of the things we will look back to with joy, the ”tasty” toddy, ”Mamas” chicken, and the Karimeen fish in Cochin, (Thanks again Nirmal) the green mountains in Munnar, the wild elephants we saw swimming in Thekkady, the silent ride through the Backwaters, the ayurvedic massage and the great waves in Poovar and the city pulse of Mumbai. e
Everything was planned in a perfect way and everything was also delivered as planned – we have seldom experienced such great service as the one you have showed us. The resorts you picked were fantastic, our driver, Prim, managed the traffic in an excellent way (we always felt safe with him) and the local guides were skilled and also gave us a possibilities to learn more about their daily life - a special thank you to Ragini our excellent guide in Mumbai who also tried hard to teach us how to bargain in the shops of Mumbai! This was our first visit to India and we hope it was not the last.
With no doubt we recommend Oriana for everyone planning to visit India.
