why we chose to visit South India? We were a group of 8 French friends who had decided to leave 3 weeks in South India in January 2013.
From the first contact by internet with Oriana we perceived responsiveness, reliability, its warmth and its ability to meet our wishes. On several occasions, we asked to change some parts of the program and the team Oriana rallied to our satisfaction. We had a lot of discussion and we have always felt a very personal contact with each member of the team.
Before we left for India, Nirmal, the Director has checked every detail and made sure that everything was settled. At the end of our stay, to facilitate our departure early morning he arranged at the last moment to change a hotel booking so that we are closer to the airport. During our journey, Nirmal phoned us every day to ensure smooth. He gave us visit Cochin and it was a moment of exchange warm when we gave him a few suggestions for future travelers. Throughout the trip, we felt safe; we enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and perfect location.
Our driver, MURALI was very professional and caregiver. It has far exceeded his role and brought us many explanations along the way.
He was attentive to our interests and willingly stopped for a break improvised, for example in a traditional village or a brick. He did everything to facilitate our contact with people.
We recommend, without reservation, to all travelers who want to discover India choose ORIANA and are ready to provide more information.
