I hope you're good.
After a couple of days of getting back to day-to-day business, I finally take time to answer you.
Thank you again for the very professional and serious way you took charge of our week of vacation which we really liked a lot. My boys were thrilled and me, too. Please give our warmest greetings to Anil once again, the boys missed him the second he left us at the airport hotel. Regarding our feedback, we very much liked the Abad Turtle Beach Resort, ideal for families and a nice place to relax, probably perfect to finish the holiday (when you plan your holiday a bit more ahead than I did ;o)...).
The Punnamada Resort was very nice, too, lovely food, too.The Nova houseboat was great, neat and clean, food lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. A part from the incident with the second room, which you handled perfectly, everything was fine. Our hotel in Cochin, the Fort House, was a very nice place, too, actually, I had heard about it before. The good feedbacks I had were confirmed. Here again, staff and food were very nice.
Munnar and its surroundings were very different and we liked that variety. The hotel in Munnar though, the Deshadan Mountain Resort, did not quite meet our expectations. Don't get me wrong, we don't look for luxury, but for a clean place. The room as well as the dining room were not neat and clean, every time we ate something, a glass, a fork or a plate were dirty and at breakfast, there were rests of the previous day's juice on the dispenser.This shouldn't happen. I will leave a feedback on Trip Advisor, too, but maybe you could hand this comment over.
A part from this, our tour around Munnar was great ! Our finale in the Water Park was a good idea, the boys liked it a lot, but don't forget to tell foreigners about the dress code there, which is NO WESTERN bathing suit, as you can find yourself in an embarrassing situation... like everybody staring at you as if you came from Mars... ;o). I laugh about it now, no worries, but didn't feel very comfortable by then. As a conclusion, we had a very nice holiday, a great first time in India and would like to come back one day. I have already two friends which I handed your contact to, I hope it will result in work for you. OK, this is it, in a minute, I will leave a short comment on your site.
