Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you so much for making our trip in India so memorable! Our family goal during this trip was to learn about Indian history via visits to actual historical sites. Although we had this exciting goal in mind, we did not know where to begin. During our search, we became aware of the services provided by Oriana Holidays. Little did we know that through the services you provided, we would get more than we bargained for! Your staff showed excellence and professionalism in the way they interacted with us.
They were patient with us each time we made changes to established itineraries due to our personal preferences. They constantly kept in touch with us via e-mail and phone with regards to any changes or updates. They even gave feedback to us regarding recommended sites to visit based on our particular goals.
It was truly a custom-tailored approach in the service we received from your staff. Kudos to you and Oriana Holidays! It would be unfair to not mention that your services did not end at the mailing of the established itinerary and tickets. It was a pleasant surprise to hear your staff member contact us once we reached our tour destination to inquire about how our trip was along with the accommodations booked by Oriana Holidays.
We truly had a feeling at that point that there was accountability on behalf of Oriana Holidays to ensure that our entire trip was a success. From the moment we landed at our tour destination, we were greeted by guides pre-arranged by Oriana Holidays. From airport to hotel to tour sites, these guides not only did their specific jobs, they also served as sources of information to give us knowledge about local customs, history, and traditions.
What an enlightening experience this was for our family! These guides even went beyond their call of duty to become our photographers! As you can see from the picture attached, they truly did a “professional-looking “ job! So, once again, Mr. Nirmal, kudos to you and your staff for providing such outstanding service!
