My wife Andi and I first used Nirmal and his company Oriana  to book a trip for us and two friends for a weekend in Kerala at about this time last year. The trip was great and everything went off with out a hitch.

My next tip in India was to Jaipur, Agra and Delhi with my parents. I did not use Nirmal to plan that trip but used another travel company that had been recommended to me by some friends here in Bangalore . That trip did not go very well. Planning it was difficult. The people that I was dealing with kept on getting dates and places that we wanted to see wrong. I found out a week before we were supposed to leave that they had not bought our plane tickets. When that was all taken care of after numerous phone calls I was left feeling uneasy about the trip. The trip went off ok but I had to double check everything that this other company had arranged.

I booked my next trip to the same locations, this time with my wife’s parents, with Nirmal. This was a very different experience. Weeks before the trip, I knew that all the arrangements had been taken care of and that there would be no problems. I know that while we were on the trip Nirmal kept checking with our driver and hotels just to make sure that everything was going as planned. It was a much more relaxing trip. Since then we have booked all our travel in India, and Asia, through Nirmal, simply because we know that he is going to take care of all the details and that we are not going to have any problems.

When I talk to any of my friends here about who to use as a travel agent I recommend Nirmal. He and his team are great to work with and I have never had any problems with any of the trips that they have helped us to arrange. I cannot recommend Oriana  highly enough.
