Hi Team Oriana,
So nice of you to keep in touch and also making the trip that much more memorable. We have nothing but praise for the job you did putting the trip together, we never would have been able to experience as much as we did without your help.
Also, you did it with such tight constraints, we only have positive things to say. again, apart from your planning, our driver, Job, made us feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I must say, at first i was apprehensive not having my sister's driver Murali as he was our introduction to the company, but now that we travelled with Job, i was so happy to have met him and completely trust him to take care of anyone he is driving-- he was so careful and responsive to our needs. i especially appreciated how the two of you worked together to make sure that all of our last-minute needs were met.
Thank you again for an amazing trip, and i promise you I will fully recommend your tour company to any one we meet. In fact, we are just waiting for my sister's children to be old enough to plan an extended stay with the entire family. We will certainly book through you. thank you thank you thank you again for your caring approach and attention to our needs. We have not a single complaint, except i wish we could have stayed longer!
